Who We Are
With over 15 years of experience in high-stakes environments, our founder, Sal Szwed, has dedicated his career to crisis response and strategic problem-solving. As a former Federal Air Marshal and Air Force Special Warfare Operator, he knows what it takes to navigate complex challenges and empower others to do the same.
